China Zhongwang listed in Hong Kong

The world's third largest, Asia's largest producer of aluminum extrusions--- China Zhongwang Holdings was listed in Hong Kong on 8th May 2009. According to subscription announcement, the total net amount of fund raised is HKD 9.494 billion (no exercise of an over-allotment option), becoming the world's largest amount for the year. China Zhongwang has offered 1.4 billion shares in the IPO at HKD 7 per share.

Moores Rowland played an important role in helping Zhongwang to get listed in Hong Kong successfully. Mr Calvin Yang, the senior partner of Moores Rowland Beijing has been invited to the opening ceremony of China Zhongwang holdings in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on May 8th, 2009.
